Sewcial Sewing is thrilled to announce that 2026 will see the launch of Albury Wodonga’s very own Festive Frocktails.

After personally attending Frocktails events over the past few years, we knew we wanted to bring a slice of that magic — and happiness — to the Border.

Frocktails is all about connection, community, creativity and joy within the sewing world. It’s a night where you can share your love of sewing and be surrounded by people who truly understand what it means when you say, “Thanks, I made it.” A place where you can excitedly talk through every tiny detail of your make — without blank stares, glazed eyes, or the inevitable, “That’s great… can you make one for me?”

Albury Wodonga’s Festive Frocktails will be held on 25 July 2026 in the stunning Grand Hall at The Lincoln. Think festive décor, glamour, and a dance floor ready to go.

The event kicks off at 7:00pm and will wrap up around 11:00pm — unless you’re still tearing up the dance floor.

In true Frocktails style, your ticket includes a festive cocktail on arrival, canapés, professional photography, a catwalk, door prizes, goody bags and music to keep the celebration going.

This is an event where you can truly wear what you want — with just one condition: you must have made it yourself, or altered or upcycled the garment. Go full glamour, rock a sharp suit, or channel a 1950s style icon with all the accessories. The sky really is the limit.

Tickets will go on sale in April 2026.
